Event Description:

Every single one of your company’s initiatives starts and ends with communication. It’s the one thing that impacts every aspect of culture - and everyone has access to it, even if hybrid or fully remote.

In this workshop you will learn and practice a five-step framework, rooted in the science of psychological safety, that makes every conversation your people have fuel a culture of inclusion, high performance, trust and wellbeing. This class will give you a foundation for how to use the video conference era to your advantage and take your business to the next level by taking your people to the next level.

The BRAVE Framework® is a system being used by leaders at Fortune 100 companies, fast growing start-ups, government agencies, professional sports teams, as well as by entrepreneurs and families, to skillfully navigate the difficult conversations that we'd often rather avoid. BRAVE's simplicity and universality make it the most useful tool for leaders to have in their toolbox if they want to create a culture of great people, great teams and great execution.

You will walk away with:

  • The secret to how to use remote/hybrid work as an opportunity to build a thriving culture
  • The experience of having learned and and practiced a five-step framework that can be used in all of your culture change initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of the #1 quality of high performing teams and how to foster that quality in your own organization.
  • An understanding of why trust is so important and how to build it in high stress situations.
  • A methodology for how to ensure trust and knowledge sharing across your organization increases, even on fully remote or hybrid teams.
