As coaches, trainers, and leaders, we know that sharing information is only part of the results and impact equation. Real results and impact come from how well we communicate. So how do you tailor your communication to truly connect with every style in the room – and make your message stick?

This program equips coaches, trainers, and leaders with tools to more effectively understand and address different communication styles. The T.E.A.M. Communication Styles® model, developed by Alan Krieger, identifies four core communication styles, and shows how the preferences of each style vary greatly.

During this highly interactive and engaging program delivered by Alan Krieger himself, participants will gain insights into how these differences impact training and coaching interactions and explore how they can use insights to help their clients strengthen their leadership and communication skills. With just 12 questions in the assessment, the model is simple yet powerful, making it easy to integrate into coaching or training sessions.

Participants will also discover how to apply this knowledge to tailor their approach and improve engagement. Alan Krieger will provide practical strategies for enhancing collaboration, building stronger relationships, and fostering a more productive learning environment.

Participants in this session will be offered at the end, a complimentary link to take the assessment and receive a personalized report.

What you will take from this session:

Attendees will assess and discover practical strategies to strengthen their skills in:

  • Recognizing and responding to diverse communication styles
  • Tailoring their approach to build rapport and improve communication
  • Correcting Misinterpretations – Understand how they may be misreading others’ communication and behavior.
  • Clarifying Their Own Communication – Identify ways their style may cause confusion or frustration for others.
  • Bring these insights and strategies to their clients to help them understand their own styles, overcome workplace challenges and improve performance.

What is a SIG?

A Special Interest Group (SIG) a facilitated conversation focused on a specific topic where participants come to reflect, learn, and share with one another. SIGs represent one of the many ways to grow professionally and personally, to network, learn new trends and industry directions, and to take useful information back to your organization.
