The DISC personality styles are one of the most useful relational tools for the workplace. Yet it's challenging to train and operationalize your team alone. Take Flight Learning has designed a short film that will bring the concepts to life.
Bird Brains is the world’s first full theatrical presentation that brings the DISC styles to life. In this Hollywood-quality film, you will see an Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl symbolize the four styles. Watch the styles come to life onscreen. You will laugh and be entertained as you learn powerful lessons about how to relate to people with different personality styles.

Presenter Info:

As Manager of Client Services for Take Flight Learning, Steven Farber is primarily involved in the successful rollout of Take Flight Learnings’ trainings and certifications to organizations, individuals, and coaches.
Certified in the DISC module since 2021, he possesses expertise in understanding communication styles among different personalities.
Before assuming his current role, Steven facilitated DISC-based
trainings as an affiliate of Take Flight Learning for his personal
business HeroCulture llc. Furthermore, Steven's role at Take Flight
Learning is characterized by a balance of strategic planning and a
hands-on approach. His contributions are driven by a blend of
expertise, personal experiences, and a genuine desire to foster
positive change.
A significant aspect of Steven’s life is his advocacy for mental
health. Diagnosed with ADHD, OCPD, SAD and GAD in his 30s, his
personal experience has instilled a commitment to raising
awareness and support for mental health issues.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Steven is an former
collegiate pole-vaulter and holds a 3rd-degree black belt in
taekwondo. He is also an eboarding enthusiast, enjoys flying
drones, stunt kites, playing blues guitar, and is keen on adopting
innovative approaches in other hobbies.
What is a SIG?
A Special Interest Group (SIG) a 60 minute facilitated conversation focused on a specific topic where participants come to reflect, learn, and share with one another. SIGs represent one of the many ways to grow professionally and personally, to network, learn new trends and industry directions, and to take useful information back to your organization.
