Collecting, analyzing and sharing feedback successfully is challenging. Yet it is critical to enhancing talent development, improving performance and fostering growth. Join us as we learn about an AI-powered tool that makes this process significantly more efficient, offering more impact to your internal team or coaching clients.

While qualitative 360 feedback is one of the most impactful approaches, it is often limited to senior executives due to time and cost constraints. We’ll discuss how talent development professionals and leadership coaches are using AI to boost productivity and make qualitative feedback accessible to professionals across all levels of the organization.
