-----------------------

Change management is a topic of interest for many because change never stops and is happening at speeds that will only continue to challenge all of us.

Right now, we’re dealing with return to work, shifts in strategy, downsizing and reorgs, technology advances (ChatGTP), and increasing competition to name a few.

But, making an investment in change management has begged these questions:

  • Does change management really matter?
  • How do you quantify the success and ROI of change management for your initiatives?
  • Where should one even start and what questions should you be asking when approaching a change initiative?

Join us and Susan Perry, Chief Change Accelerator, who has more than 20 years’ experience leading and managing change. We’ll explore these questions as well as answer yours!

Presenter - Susan Perry

Susan Perry is an experienced consultant, speaker and thought leader with 25+ years in senior leadership roles within HR, change management and leading business transformations. What is a SIG?

A Special Interest Group (SIG) a 60 minute facilitated conversation focused on a specific topic where participants come to reflect, learn, and share with one another. SIGs represent one of the many ways to grow professionally and personally, to network, learn new trends and industry directions, and to take useful information back to your organization.
