VT ATD Bookclub: Bittersweet by Susan Cain

We are excited to launch our Vermont ATD Book Club!  

Our inaugural book club meeting will be hosted by Sara Holloway. The book we are reading is a New York Times Best Seller and a recent addition to Oprah's book club: Bittersweet by Susan Cain.

We have all experienced sorrow and longing in our lives and so have our colleagues. Cain explores the connections between sorrow and longing and creativity, mental health, productivity, well-being and much more. What is the ATD Book Club?

With so many ideas and resources available, its hard to know where to spend your time. Reading with a group can support deeper learning and be more fun as well! The ATD Book Club is an open invitation for Chapter members to recommend a book that they are reading, invite others to read it and participate in a 60-minute conversation to explore key learnings and how they relate to our work.
