There’s no such thing as Time Management.

What we have to manage is not time, but ourselves: our decisions and our actions. That seems so much harder. But if you understand the neuroscience of decision-making, you can apply that to the way you work so you can get more done with less stress. You don’t have to be “disciplined” to be organized. You just need simple systems that are rooted in how your brain functions.

Porter Knight founded Productivity Vermont in 1996 and has taught thousands of Vermonters since then as a Certified Professional Organizer® and Productivity Trainer. In this session we’ll talk about how to process email effectively, why certain list and calendar tricks work, and how you can use this information to your advantage in any work setting.

What is a SIG?

A Special Interest Group (SIG) a 60 minute facilitated conversation focused on a specific topic where participants come to reflect, learn, and share with one another. SIGs represent one of the many ways to grow professionally and personally, to network, learn new trends and industry directions, and to take useful information back to your organization.
