There are so many employee assessment tools out there - some look at personality, some track motivations and fears, others hone in on measurable behaviors. With so many options, business leaders can become confused about how to choose an assessment that can best meet their goals.

This SIG is designed to breakdown the primary types of assessments - cognitive and behavioral. Join us to learn more about the powerful information we can gather to support employees, teams and companies to do their best work.

Presenter - Laura Caton:

Laura Caton coaches leaders on how to bring more of who they are to what they do. She’s passionate about providing high-touch, engaging consulting work to each of her clients and helping organizations make the most of their biggest competitive advantage–their people. When she’s not coaching leaders, you can find Laura on the tennis courts, fishing, boating, or hanging at the gym.

What is a SIG?

A Special Interest Group (SIG) a 60 minute facilitated conversation focused on a specific topic where participants come to reflect, learn, and share with one another. SIGs represent one of the many ways to grow professionally and personally, to network, learn new trends and industry directions, and to take useful information back to your organization.
