Back by popular demand, Laura Caton will spend a lunch-time with us diving further into the popular Predictive Index (PI) tool she introduced to us last spring. But even if this is your first time hearing about the Predictive Index, she'll start big picture.

Over 80% percent of companies are using some form of employee assessments, and how they use assessments is evolving. The purpose of these types of tests is to determine personality traits and characteristics, cognitive abilities, job knowledge and skills, as well as behaviors. Whether you're looking for a new tool for your company, coaching leaders or just curious about personality typing, come join us!

Laura will walk through - from recruiting to developing an employee - how organizations can leverage insights from PI software and the tools available for management to engage and coach their team.

Presenter - Laura Caton:

Laura Caton coaches leaders on how to bring more of who they are to what they do. She’s passionate about providing high-touch, engaging consulting work to each of her clients and helping organizations make the most of their biggest competitive advantage–their people. When she’s not coaching leaders, you can find Laura on the tennis courts, fishing, boating, or hanging at the gym.
