There is no denying that Covid has been hard. It has challenged everyone in multiple ways, including our professional life. Yet there are ways to pull out learning from this mess - Silver Linings that can offer takeaways for how to lead more effectively moving forward.
So for all leaders - L&D Specialists, organizational development consultants, executive coaches, HR and people professionals - this 60 minute SIG is an opportunity to reflect. Lead by Kathy Bittner, Ph.D., this session will be part presentation, part discussion about the triumphs and pitfalls of leading during COVID-19 and what that means in the future.
Kathy, along with seven research team members, interviewed over 100 leaders from multiple industries, generations, and geographies about their experiences leading during the pandemic. These interviews, and the subsequent report, summarize the trends and insights from those interviews. Specifically, the interviews address: lessons learned, silver linings, actions moving forward, and conclusions.
