Software Productivity Consultant & Trainer at KnowledgeWave. I also have a side-hustle, LiveToSpeak, where I am a Public Speaking Coach & Trainer
How many years have you been working in the learning/development realm?
How did you first get into the learning and development world?
My second job out of tech school was as a lab technician at Wang Laboratories. Back then computers were huge, and I was responsible to keep the gear up and running in the technical training center. I was hooked on becoming a trainer.

How did you get involved with VT Chapter ATD?
It is an act of think global, act local. I’ve been a national member, speaker, and committee member for years. I want to help the Vermont Chapter and of course I love the networking.
Where can we find you when you’re not working?
Walking all over Vermont, mostly Burlington. Oh, and at any food truck event.
Please share your favorite Vermont ATD moment.
I was invited to speak at a Vermont ATD leadership conference on using social networking for training. What an honor to speak to other trainers in the organization. I was gifted $25.00 for the event which I donated back to the chapter. I was humbled to be a part of it and just had to give back
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone just entering this line of work?
It is the best gig ever. Work hard to keep the honor.
