How did you first get into the learning and development world?
I was identified as helpful, and asked to train new hires with setting up their workstations.
How did you get involved with VT Chapter ATD?
I really enjoyed some of the Special Interest Group (SIG’s).
Share your favorite Vermont ATD moment.
I participated on a panel on the topic of education measurements a while back, and I really enjoyed “sharing best practices “, I learned several new things.

What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone just entering this line of work?
Don’t be afraid to be creative.
Where can we find you when you're not working?
I enjoy experimenting with cooking, especially desserts. I also am a runner, to burn off all the treats I have created.
