Public Speaking for Leaders

  • 19 Jan 2016
  • 5:30 PM - 8:15 PM
  • Doubletree Hotel 1117 Williston Road, S. Burlington, VT 05403

In this experiential learning session Dave Vincent will list, then remove, the challenges and roadblocks when speaking and presenting to a team. He will discuss the common pitfalls we have when we want to implement our vision of a project, company, or community of any kind.

Research studies will be used to find out and share what motivates our team members. Dave will share what best practices are sustainable and which ones are not.

The learning transfer will be verified with exercises and story sharing, then the audience will build on these to come up with the plan to improve communications with their teams, leaders, and clients.
